The north park Housing Commission (SDHC) provides deferred loans, homeownership funds, and home loan credit certificates to simply help low- and moderate-income families purchase their very first domiciles.
The SDHC First-Time Homebuyer Program* can help using the purchase of the single-family house, townhome or condominium when you look at the City of north park.
