<p>A person is guilty of first-degree harassment if they subject another to “offensive physical contact under Alaska law . with human or animal bloodstream, mucus, saliva, semen, urine, vomitus, or feces.” As written, the  law covers the work to be struck with ejaculate, yet not to be masturbated on. (The statute, like numerous laws that are similar the nation, is mainly built to protect jail guards from inmates hurling glasses of body fluids at them from their cells. Several of those statutes clearly restrict the range of victims to police force officers and crisis responders.) Basically, then, Alaska’s legislation regarded just exactly  what Schneider did as equal to spitting in someone’s face.</p>
